- Navigating politics & unspoken rules
- Crafting “Individual Development Plan”
- Establishing boundaries to protect life and work balance
Each bullet point could be developed into an in-depth facilitated discussion or several blocks could be combined for an interactive seminar. A workshop option is possible upon discussion.
